What About?
Hi there. Nice site and all, but you’re in a little camp where everybody agrees with everybody and nobody is asking the tough questions. You might not want this, but I thought somebody should have a bit of nerve and ask what many think. If you don’t want this you can hit the delete button and dump me on the way out.
What About?
You guys all believe in Jesus and God, what about the great majority of people that will never hear about Jesus… is it a just God that just condemns them to Hell, because they don’t believe? That makes no sense to me. I don’t get your whole mindset on that. Billions of People.

Hey Maggie, Thanks for the Question! You sound like me at 17. I'm going with... you're sincere... and you're sincerely asking this question... and in my poor way I'll try and answer it. Others might have a different take.
You sure are right that a lot of people have a very narrow mindset. Me, Thee... Thou & No Other. I sure saw that as a kid... plus a lot of other garbage that made me feel like the whole thing was a bunch of Hot Air.
But I was very sincere as I'm sure you are and beyond all the Jerks and the scumbags that used religion and Faith for their own ends... I found Jesus. What I found was someone who loved me... in spite of my weaknesses and mistakes.
In our section on Life after death there is a story about a guy who died... clinically died... as that happened, he came before the Lord and was given a chance to see the truth and make a choice... he could have gone either way. Click on the Video Below for Ian McCormick's Story. Bit long BUT, pretty amazing!

I believe Jesus Died for everybody... Red, Yellow, Black and White. I believe there are those that hate that love... they hate the light and when given their chance now or later they will reject it. Conversely there are those who will receive it with joy.
I'm just a simple man Maggie, but that's how I see it. His gift is for all. "For God So Loved the WORLD that He Gave His Only Begotten Son... that whosoever believeth in Him Should not Perish, but Have Everlasting Life." John 3:16...He's there for Me... Thee... Thou and Everybody... Every Hungry Heart in this World that longs for Love, Light and the Truth.

OK ... I'll give you that. Maybe God can give each person a chance somehow. ...But How About all the Pain and Death and Suffering. How could your supposedly "Loving God" allow all the Hell that goes on here on earth! Makes no sense to me!

I just registered because of this post. Started reading thinking it was some simple Christian Story, but those Pictures are just Gross. Do you need 'em to illustrate your point? Wouldn't want my kids to see that. Sorry you feel so upset on the issue.

Hey Maggie and Welcome Sam. Sorry about the Graphic Pics, but Maggie I see what your saying. Personally I've been through a lot of tough times in my Life, but a lot of it is like that Deaf, Dumb & Blind Lady Helen Keller said about how to handle trouble and sorrow and suffering... "Keep Your Face Towards the Sunshine... And You won't See the Shadow"!
There is Good and bad in this World and if you didn't have the Darkness you Wouldn't appreciate the Light. Often too... troubles bring out the best in individuals, peoples and nations!
I think sometimes in Big disasters, earthquakes etc when many are killed God has a purpose. The righteous go to their reward and the folks that are evil get what they deserve too. In Ireland I was told they rejoice when someone dies, because the difficulties of this life are over.
So death is not such a horrible thing... especially when you have a sincere hope of Heaven! We fight here for what we treasure and those we love and for a God that has Given us so much, but when the job is done and God Calls you home... then it's not a curse.
There are evil people that inflict Hell on the World, but God will deal with them as needed! We should do all we can to bring peace and hope to the world... and be thankful for all the beauty and goodness. Granted there is a lot of trouble and suffering, but so much more Good... so much More Beauty and So Much More that is Right and that is what we should keep our hearts and minds on!
Dwelling On The Positive...
Remembering
That All Things
Work Together For Good
To Those That Love God!

OK you write well and I see your point, but why have I had to suffer so much? Personally, Me? Why couldn't I have been raised in a good home and had a good life. I've had to fight all my life just to survive and it's been hard and I have nothing. Why? Tell Me Why?

OK Maggie! Got it and so sorry if we, you know, I can't really get it all. But You Know who does? Jesus! HE came from the Halls of Heaven and lived right here and suffered everything we do.
It says "that in All Ways He is Acquainted with our Griefs". That has to be about everything, sickness, heartbreak, betrayel... and being innocent and never deserving any of it... they finally murdered Him. Put Him on the Cross to die and He took it all! He died for you and me... Not just for our sins so we can live for ever, but to give us a better life right here and now!
I Mean... He Knows... He Loves... He cares... Nothing His truth can Dim ... He Gives the Very Best... to Those That Give Their Lives to Him! He knows your every heartache and pain and suffering and sorrow! He'd sit there with you over a cup of tea and fully understand and tell you all that happened to Him!
When All Else Fails You... When All Friends Desert You... He Will Be There And... He Will Never... Ever Leave You! He is The Way... The Truth... And The Light... The Mediator Between us and Heaven... Between God and Man... The Hope and Breath of Your Every Dream and Longing!
He Can Give You a Great Life Maggie... A Whole New Start... Just say this little Prayer and mean it... Jesus Come Into My Heart and Life... Thank You for Dieing for all My Sins and Thank You Being My Friend! Please Help Me to start my Life over from right now and give me the Hope and Faith to Live a Good and Happy and Fruitful Life... Free From My Past! Please Make a Victory Of My Life of Seeming Defeat. In Jesus Name Amen.
Maggie He's a Friend that will stick with you forever! He Loves You and Wishes You all The Best... and So do We!
